Xite Realty is the premier medical and dental real estate services company serving dentists, optometrists, physicians, and veterinarians.
A native to the Houston area but having lived in Brazil for four years as a child, Chris was able to obtain dual citizenship. With a Brazilian background, he is fluent in English and Portuguese, as well as conversational Spanish. He is dedicated to his family, friends, and puppy Jax. In his spare time, Chris enjoys socializing with friends and working on motorcycles. Other hobbies include motocross, gaming, and soccer.
Chris joined the Xite Realty team in August 2017. Prior to joining Xite, he gained experience in sales and management with Sprint Nextel where he managed three corporate stores in the Houston area. His drive and customer service skills will be assets to serving Xite Realty’s healthcare clients.
Chris will work closely with Drew Etheridge, VP of dental real estate, and Patrick Valentz, principal of healthcare real estate, in the Houston office where he will primarily focus on transaction management. His responsibilities include medical and dental demographics, market analysis, site selection, lease negotiations, economic analysis, and investment sales. Chris is frequently involved in meeting client requirements not only in the Houston market but also across the country.
