Michael is a native of Dallas, Texas where he and his wife Ashley and sons Charlie and Luke currently reside. He graduated from Baylor University where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta and earned a joint degree in Real Estate and Finance. Michael remains involved with Baylor and attends every football game possible. He enjoys vacations with his wife and lake weekends in East Texas.
Michael Tatum has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience representing single and multi-location tenants throughout the United States. During his career, Michael has represented clients on purchase and lease transactions exceeding 9 million square feet, with roughly 3 million square feet of those transactions being healthcare related.
He has assisted clients in multi-state expansion and consolidation strategies, site selection, development, build-to-suits, acquisitions, dispositions, economic development incentives, and feasibility analysis. Michael’s extensive experience representing tenants has equipped him with the industry knowledge to carry out the most difficult scenarios for his clients.
