Tate Martin has joined the Dallas office of Xite Realty Co., where he is serving as a valued associate. The graduate of The University of Texas at Austin is focusing on real estate acquisitions and sales for Xite’s medical clients who are seeking to sell or buy practices.

Tate earned his McCombs Real Estate Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was active on campus. He held the positions of Director of Recruitment and Director of Social Media for the Texas InterFraternity Council. He also gained a position with DECA as Director of Recruitment for that organization. In addition, Martin was Academic Advisor and Vice-President of Philanthropy for Sigma Phi Epsilon. But even that wasn’t even enough responsibility for the ambitious Texan.
