Dental Office and Retail Development Details
Boston Square Plaza, a 4,200 square-foot stand-alone dental office and 18,000 square-foot retail center in Humble, Texas. The ground-up development is an investment project for Xite Realty’s client Dr. Erin Gustafson, dentist and owner of Gustafson Dental.
Upon completion in July 2019, Gustafson Dental will relocate to the new state-of-the-art dental office, providing the practice with an additional 3,100 square feet. The retail center will be leased to tenants that will provide restaurants and retail services to the Fall Creek community.
“Dr. Gustafson started her practice in the area more than 10 years ago, and because of her commitment to the community and a standard of excellence for dentistry, the practice requires a larger facility to sustain the growth. She came to us with a need and vision for not only a larger dental office space, but also a way to reinvest in the community. We were able to secure two acres of land across from her current office that would allow for her vision to come to fruition,” said Patrick Valentz, principal of Xite Realty.
