Brandon is a vice president at Xite Realty and he leads our Dallas-Fort Worth team. He was one of the earliest employees and has been a key member of growing the company.
He prides himself on adding value to his clients by taking a thorough approach to the site selection process and aggressively pursuing the best medical and dental office space options on their behalf.
Brandon appreciates the opportunity to educate doctors on his favorite strategies and lessons learned from opening medical, dental, optical, and veterinary offices.
The Texas Dental Association and Dallas County Dental Society have asked him to speak at their membership events. He’s also spoken to dental students at the Texas A&M School of Dentistry, and written articles for the North Texas Dentistry Magazine.
Tommy Newton, Principal of Xite Realty Austin and San Antonio
Tommy is one of the four co-founders of Xite Realty. He leads the Austin and San Antonio teams as well as Xite Acquisitions where he connects buyers and sellers of healthcare practices to transition from one owner to the next.
Tommy has over a decade of experience working in commercial real estate where he helps doctors build their practices from the ground up, negotiate complex lease structures, and buy and sell their practices and real estate holdings.
He has been a featured speaker at numerous healthcare organizations across the U.S., including the Texas Dental Association, Capital Area Dental Society, Texas Academy of General Dentistry, Healthcare Finance Management Association, National Association of Freestanding Emergency Centers, Texas Association of Freestanding Emergency Centers, Emergency Department Practice Management Association, and American College of Emergency Physicians.
Patrick Valentz, Principal of Xite Realty Houston
Patrick is one of the four co-founders and he leads the Houston team.
Patrick has nearly two decades of healthcare and real estate industry experience, where he previously spent time at a dental equipment distributor.
For the past 10 years, he’s helped doctors open their practices, surgery centers, urgent care clinics, animal hospitals, outpatient facilities, and emergency rooms through strategic site selection, aggressive deal negotiation, oversight of interior build-outs, and ground-up construction.
He’s also been a featured speaker and contributor at numerous healthcare organizations, including the Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Texas Academy of General Dentistry, University of Houston College of Optometry, University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, and The Dental Amigos Podcast.
