WalletHub researchers recently released its 2019 Best Real Estate Markets report, which compares 300 U.S. cities across two key dimensions:

1. Real Estate Market (e.g., median home price appreciation, days on the market, listings with price cuts)

2. Affordability and Economic Environment (e.g., housing affordability, population growth rate, job growth rate)

 Seven of the top 15 best places to buy a home are in Texas, and five of the top 10 are in North Texas.
