HOUSTON – Xite Realty, LLC today announced that Tommi Linh Patterson has joined the company’s Houston office as an associate broker. Mrs. Patterson, a longtime leader in healthcare-specific banking, will be responsible for serving the company’s dental, medical, optical, and veterinary clients with real estate solutions. Her 21-year history of providing financial solutions to healthcare professionals will prove to be an asset when assisting Xite Realty’s clients with opening, expanding, and relocating their practices.

Mrs. Patterson has been a vice president of business development at Wells Fargo Business Banking with a specialty in practice finance where she provided dentists, optometrists, physicians, and veterinarians with financing programs and business planning tools. Previously, she served as vice president of commercial and healthcare lending at Bank SNB, a subsidiary of Southwest Bancorp (NASDAQ: OKSB), and vice president of premier banking and investments at Bank of America.
Mrs. Patterson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Born in Saigon, Vietnam and raised in Louisiana, she now resides in Houston with her husband Bryan and their four children.
