Start-up orthodontics practice in Houston, Texas
Dr. Kristen Knecht, an orthodontist, leveraged Xite Realty for dental brokerage services and project management services to start-up Knecht Orthodontics.
Drew Etheridge, vice president of Xite Realty, identified an orthodontics office space for lease in Houston using Xite Realty’s proprietary dental-specific demographics. Dr. Knecht’s office is in newly built shopping center next to H-E-B, and it’s on the same road, only half of a mile, as the elementary school, middle school, high school, and administration offices for Barbers Hill.
Helena Jenkins, senior vice president of Xite Realty, guided Dr. Knecht during the build-out of the interior space.
