At Xite Realty, Matt focuses on start-ups, additional practices, relocations, and expansions. He is solely responsible for healthcare real estate brokerage and business development in the South Florida market. Matt’s goal is to educate his clients on the current real estate market to negotiate the best terms on their behalf and introduce them to the right team of vendors to facilitate a smooth transition to the opening of their practices.
Prior to joining Xite Realty, Matt earned his degree in Marketing from Rutgers University in 2018. Upon graduating, Matt gained experience in management and marketing with Young Life, a nonprofit youth development program. As Associate Area Director, Matt oversaw the event planning, community engagement, volunteer recruitment, and donor development for five separate specialized youth ministries. His entrepreneurial drive and relationship management skills are major assets to serving Xite Realty’s healthcare clients in Florida.
