Patrick grew up in Sugar Land, Texas, and moved to Houston upon graduating from Texas Tech University. Patrick and his wife, Veronica, enjoy spending time with their two sons, Morgan and William, and their dog, Lucy. Patrick has competed in and finished two Iron Man competitions. He also enjoys fishing, running and volunteering in his community.
Patrick Valentz has over 18 years of combined experience in the healthcare and real estate industries. He has successfully negotiated lease and sale transactions throughout Texas for hundreds of healthcare clients. His experience includes representing general and specialty dental practices, veterinary hospitals, freestanding emergency departments, urgent care centers, optometry and ophthalmology specialists, physical therapy and rehabilitation practices, plastic surgeons and medical imaging providers.
Prior to Patrick’s commercial real estate career, he worked with a dental distributor in Houston, Texas. In this role, Patrick helped clients with supply management, equipment purchases, setting goals, starting new practices and relocating existing practices.
