Scott is originally from Carrollton, Texas, but has resided in the Austin area since 2002. He and his wife Tami both graduated from Texas State University and have a son (Wesley) and daughter (Reece). As a family, they enjoy youth sports, spending time outdoors and road trips to visit extended family.
Scott brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Xite. Initially, he represented tenants across all business types on their local, regional and national real estate requirements. From 2010 through 2014, Scott represented America’s largest healthcare real estate company with a portfolio of more than 17 million square feet of on-campus medical office buildings. His experience, vast market knowledge and understanding of the operations of medical clinics provide him with the ability to consistently negotiate the most aggressive economics for his clients.
